I would like this short email to serve as an endorsement for the services that Steve Kass gives his clients in the real estate business. I have never even met Steve as I live in Minden, Nevada, which is very close to So. Lake Tahoe. So far we have done everything by FAX, email and phone and it has worked out wonderfully. He was recommended by a friend who had used his services and was very satisfied with the level of service received, obviously!  I have gotten to the point where I`d love to meet Steve but don`t think it even necessary. Steve has helped me develop a level of trust so that I`m not sure that I need to meet him...I trust his judgment immensely and feel very comfortable with my assets under his control.

Steve has helped me on many occasions by going above and beyond the duties and services which are expected of a good agent. I have had several situations where the governing bodies in Victorville/Apple Valley have requested things from me which would normally require that I drive down there which is approximately 365 miles(-+), but Steve took care of those issues for me. He has helped me with hiring handy man type services, contractors, rental agencies, and utilities as well as abatement issues with local fire protection districts. Seems like a never ending process but Steve continues to be there every time when needed and has saved me an immense amount of time and money since I have been dealing with him.

I feel very comfortable having my real estate under Steve`s very watchful, trusting and professional care!!! It`s a good feeling knowing that your valuable assets are in good hands, especially when at a definite distance disadvantage.
