Who is Steve Kass?

Steve moved to Southern California in 1963. In 1974 Steve and his new bride Susan moved to the Mid-Atlantic States as Steve took a position in sales as District Sales Manager for AMF-American. In 1981 Steve became president of J.R. Stephens Associates and held that position until 2003 when he retired and moved back to California with Susan. In 2005 Steve left retirement and became a Realtor.  Steve and his wife Susan of 38 years, have two daughters. AJ lives with her husband and son in the Denver area and Anitra works for the Pacific Crest Trail Association and lives in the Coachella Valley.  Steve’s main interest outside Real Estate is his love of backpacking. “I have always been drawn to the great outdoors. A week in the Sierra’s and I return to work with my batteries fully charged”.  Steve joined the Windermere family in 2009.

Steve decided to put his business and social skills to use and became a full time realtor in 2005. “It’s been an interesting seven years, to say the least” says Steve. “The world has changed and so has the way we do business”.
